This course provides a practical and structured introduction to SAP Signavio and Business Process Management (BPM). You will learn how organisations design, analyse, and improve their business processes using the SAP Signavio platform, covering both process modelling and process intelligence capabilities. You will see live in Signavio how processes are modelled using BPMN 2.0, how process hierarchies and architectures are structured, and how execution data can be analysed through process mining to identify bottlenecks, deviations, and improvement opportunities. By the end of the course, you will understand how to use key modules across the SAP Signavio ecosystem, including: • SAP Signavio Process Modeler for BPMN 2.0 process modelling • SAP Signavio Process Intelligence for process mining and analytics • SAP Signavio Process Insights for operational process transparency • Collaboration Hub for sharing and managing processes across the organisation • Process Simulation for testing different process scenarios • Process Governance for managing approvals and workflow execution • Integration with SAP LeanIX for enterprise architecture management Throughout the course, you will learn how to: • Model business processes using BPMN 2.0 • Structure process hierarchies (L1–L4) and build a process architecture • Create and analyse process mining investigations • Upload and interpret event logs • Use widgets such as Process Discovery, Variant Explorer, Value Widgets, Charts and Tables • Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies • Understand how different Signavio modules work together across the process lifecycle You will also explore industry reference frameworks such as SAP Best Practices and the APQC Process Classification Framework, which organisations use to structure their process architectures. Everything is demonstrated step by step inside a real SAP Signavio environment, so you can see exactly how the platform works in practice. I also share how I passed the official SAP Process Data Analyst | SAP Signavio (C_SIGDA) exam and walk you through the actual questions I was asked. By the end of the course, you will have a clear understanding of how SAP Signavio supports the full process lifecycle.
